It looks like it was fine, however running ADWCleaner caused the PC to lock up entirely, requiring a hard reboot.
I have seen this happen when user folders such as Documents/Desktop are redirected to a server or DFS namespace, such as \\domain.local\users\username\desktop, but this person had no such redirect as they have no server.

ok then here the services name that cause the problem which adware cleaner was unable to remove them in the normal-mode but adware cleaner tool was able to remove them only on the safe-mode without any "not responding Message" or such of it

Since I don't see the precise issue, it's difficult to troubleshoot. It's not abnormal to need to run in safemode in order to remove specific elements.
