La marche à suivre :

• Lancez AdwCleaner, dans le menu principal cliquez sur Fichier > Désinstaller.
• Enfin, téléchargez AdwCleaner à nouveau : https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

Est-ce mieux maintenant ?

These are false positive. You can use AdwCleaner with your eyes closed as long as you downloaded it from one of its official links:

• http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

Thankfully, a kind user provided a semblance of translation on the comments section of WinUpdateFix.

You can also try WindowsUpdateFixer if you want.
