• Download FRST
• Right-click on the file -> "Execute as Administrator"
• Please also check Shortcut.txt
• Click on the "Scan" button
• The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and additional informations are in Addition.txt.
• Please host them on Up2Share and share the generated link.

Can you relaunch AdwCleaner, click on Tools -> Options and tick "Debug" in "Mode" section.

Do a scan and a clean, the crash should still occur. Simply exit the freezed window. Then, host the file "C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log" on https://up2sha.re/ and copy/paste here the generated link.

• Lancez AdwCleaner;
• Cliquez sur "Fichier" dans le menu en haut puis "Désinstaller" et enfin "Oui";
• Téléchargez à nouveau AdwCleaner en utilisant le lien officiel : https://toolslib.net/downloads/finish/1/;
• Essayez de lancer seulement une fois AdwCleaner, en tant qu'administrateur. Est-ce que le problème survient à nouveau ?

Nous allons continuer avec ça :

1. Téléchargez la dernière version de CCleaner et installez-la,
2. Exécutez CCleaner (icône sur votre bureau)
3. Dans l'onglet Options > Avancé, décochez la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers temporaires de Windows datant de plus de 24 heures.
4. Dans l'onglet Options > Surveillance, décochez les deux cases.

Concernant les fichiers ajoutés dans le dossier AdwCleaner, c'est normal depuis la version 6.042.

Pour ce qui est du lancement d'AdwCleaner, le lien de téléchargement officiel est disponible ici : https://toolslib.net/downloads/finish/1/ et il propose exactement le même exécutable que le lien miroir proposé sur BleepingComputer (https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/dl...

• Téléchargez DelFix : https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/2-delfix/
• Lancez-le en tant qu'administrateur;
• Cochez toutes les cases, excepté celle qui propose de sauvegarder le registre;
• Cliquez sur "Exécuter";
• À la fin de l'exécution, le logiciel se ferme tout seul et un rapport apparait. Collez-le dans votre prochaine réponse.
