Well.... My previous solution in Windows "Safe mode with networking" should help you out if you haven't done that. Alternatively, you could try using RKill to kill malicious software first. Then remove the identified files manually, afterward do a thorough scan with Malwarebytes, AdwCleaner, and HitmanPro. This should definitely yield some results.
Most anti-virus softwares do the job relatively well, they all provide decent features, and most importantly, most of them have a free alternative, for example, IObit, Avast, Comodo, Malwarebytes and so on, you could try them out and see which ones you prefer yourself. For me it seems normal, I assume WinUpdateFix is cleaning your update history for some reason (see "Effacer le catalogue des mises à jour" under Actions).
One thing is sure though, it won't prevent you from installing new updates. At least security ones (the end of support for Windows 7 from Microsoft is scheduled on January 14, 2020).
