Can you add removal of DNSUnlocker into ADW Cleaner please.

All of the resources avaliable say run ADW Cleaner however it is still not getting removed.

Sorry for the repost, the original was in french and i had not converted the page.

As per the other post I will work on aquiring logs from the affected pc's.

Run the scan, then click on "Clean". The computer should crash but you will have a text file called ProcessesKilled.txt under C:\

Please post its content.

Merci tous les deux pour vos réponses. Merci aussi pour les précisions au sujet du prix. C'est raisonnable comme prix. Mais je verrai aussi si la version gratuite nous suffit.

Ok.

On va utiliser un second outil de diagnostic pour épauler ZHPDiag, en espérant repérer ce qui vous pose toujours problème :

1. Téléchargez FRST
2. Clic-droit sur le fichier -> "Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur"
3. Cliquez sur le bouton "Scan"
4. Un fichier FRST.txt est créé, ainsi qu'un fichier Addition.txt.
5. Hébergez-les sur Up2share comme habituellement :)

Same as here we'll need the list of running processes :

1. Launch Powershell from the Applications Menu
2. Write the following command in the opened window and press [Enter] :

Get-Process | Out-File Processes.txt

 In your personal folder (C:\Users\xx), you should get a file called Processes.txt. Please paste it here or host it on Up2Share as before.
