Re: Adwcleaner cannot remove bsdriver.sys and cherimoya.sys

Hello,

Hm... We'll try with MBAM to remove Shopperz:

  • Download MalwareBytes Anti Malware here.
  • Launch MalwareByte's Anti Malware from your desktop
  • Click on the tab Settings -> Detection & Protection -> PUP/PUM and check "Treat these detections like malware".
  • Tab Exam choose Threats, click on Scan now, and click on Launch the exam.
  • If something is detected, choose to Quarantine everything. ...

Re: ad hijacker not removed by any program - its hiding somewhere

Hello,

I don't understand if you have already used AdwCleaner or not, so if not :

  • Download AdwCleaner and make a scan with it. Then, share the generated logfile here (copy/paste it).

If you've already have:

  • Pleasehare the logfile from C:\AdwCleaner\

And:

  • Download FRST
  • Right-click on the file -> "Execute as Administrator"
  • Click on the "Scan" button
  • The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and a...

Re: Adwcleaner cannot remove bsdriver.sys and cherimoya.sys

Hello,

Ok. I think that AdwCleaner has cleaned most of the elements I found in the FRST log since it has been created before, but we'll see what it gives:

  • Download the file fixlist.txt and save it as "fixlist.txt" to the Desktop or where FRST is located.

NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST/FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

Re: Adwcleaner cannot remove bsdriver.sys and cherimoya.sys

Hello,

We'll look deeper:

  1. Download FRST
  2. Right-click on the file -> "Execute as Administrator"
  3. Click on the "Scan" button
  4. The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and additional informations are in Addition.txt.
  5. Please host them on Up2Share and share the generated links.

Best regards,

Re: A quand une mise à jour

Ok.

Merci,

Re: I can no longer login on Windows 10 after running Adwcleaner

I tried already, it gives me the same screen either way when I try to log in:

Click image for larger version.   Name: other user.jpg  Views: 1  Size: 32.4 KB  ID: 66261

It then will restart after about 30 seconds automatically.  I may have to try reinstalling Windows it seems.. :/

Re: I can't run apps on my bluestacks emulator

Greetings,

First of all, sorry for the late answer.

You can find older version of BlueStacks here : http://filehippo.com/fr/download_bluestacks_app_player/history/

Also, did you try CCleaner ? It could help you to recover some disk space.

Regards.

Help I need to gain control of my home network and devices again

I am unsure of exactly what happened but I started noticing that my usual sites looked different and the addresses for them had also changed in the address bar. I could type in www.hotmail.com and it would redirect me to https://dub126.mail.live.com/default.aspx?rru=inbox everytime. I started using F12 developer tools to look at the webpages and their sources. I noticed that they all were not t...

Re: BugFixxer

After removing all the apps I mentioned in my previous email, BugFixxer came back again!

I found another folder (this one located in C:\Window\SysWOW64) called Policies that is another hahomedia product. I've quarantined this (along with all the others) and used regedit to remove their entries in HKLM:SYSTEM:CurrentControlSet:Services.  At the moment my computer is OK, but let's wait another 2...
